Fuel Issues Late Sideline Chad Finchum's Top-15 Run in Kentucky

Sparta, Kentucky (07/12/19) - Running as high as the 15th position on Friday night at Kentucky Speedway Chad Finchum's saw his great run derailed late in the going by fuel issues in his Joe Huber's Family Farm & Restaurant No. 42 MBM Motorsports/ Smithbilt Homes/ Amana Brand Heating & Air Conditioning Toyota Supra.

"Our No. 42 Toyota Supra was pretty solid all day. We ran around 20th during the first two stages, but the car really came to life during the final stage," Finchum shared. "We got up to as high as the 15th position, but then we ran out of fuel and the car wouldn't refire. We ended up 28th, which was disappointing because we had so much potential for another great finish for this MBM Motorsports team.

"I do want to thank Joe Huber's Family Farm and Restaurant for coming on board to sponsor us for the event. It was an honor to carry Jo-Jo Huber's name on his car the entire weekend."
"It was great to have some new partners on board for this event. I think we got them some great exposure. We'll now look ahead to putting another good run together at Kentucky."
