Beets visits Boyd's Speedway for Gobbler

Eli Beets made the short trip to Boyd’s Speedway (Ringgold, Ga.) on Saturday afternoon to compete with the Valvoline Iron-Man Southern Series for the annual Gobbler.

After missing a transfer spot by one car in his heat race with a fifth-place finish, Beets secured his spot into the $10,000-to-win A-Main with a consolation victory. Improving four spots in the 50-lap affair, Eli raced to a 13th-place finish.
