With 48 Lucas Oil Late Model Dirt Series (LOLMDS) entries on the grounds for a pair of prelims leading up to Saturday’s main event, Pospisil secured his spot into the opening night feature with a fifth-to-second run in his heat race. With $7,000 on the line, Tad rebounded to finish 19th after pulling pitside during a lap-3 caution.

For Friday’s preliminary, Tad topped the 43-car field in time trials before placing fifth in his heat. Following a third-place finish in his B-Main, Pospisil gained six spots in the 25-lap feature to finish 17th.

With Mother Nature postponing Saturday’s program to Sunday, Pospisil was pulling double duty for the $50,000-to-win Knoxville Nationals finale and with the Malvern Bank Series. With passing points from Thursday’s and Friday’s prelims placing him on the ninth row for the 50-lap finale, Tad gained two spots to register a 15th-place finish.

For the Malvern Bank Series sanctioned program, Tad locked into the sixth-starting position for the main event via his qualifying effort. With $4,000 on the line, Pospisil recorded a seventh-place finish in the 22-lap affair.
