14th-place finish in Fever Heat 100 opener at Stuart

In a field of 42 XR Super Series entries, Chase laid down the 11th-fastest time in his group before grabbing the third-and-final transfer spot in his heat. Clawing forward two spots in the 50-lap feature, Junghans recorded a 14th-place outing.

For another $20,000-to-win A-Main on Tuesday, Junghans followed up a fourth-place outing in his heat with a runner-up performance in his consolation race. Gaining four spots in the 50-lap main event, Chase crossed the line in 17th.
