Top-10 finish in Governor's Cup at Talladega Short Track
Saturday saw Tyler Millwood enter his Millwood Plumbing No. 31 Late Model into battle with the Valvoline Iron-Man Southern Series at Talladega Short Track (Eastaboga, Ala.) for the Governor’s Cup. (Chris McDill photos)
Following the sixth-fastest lap in his time trial group, Millwood secured his spot into the $10,000-to-win A-Main with a third-place finish in his heat. Muscling forward three positions in the 50-lap affair, Tyler crossed the line in eighth.
