Shipley competes in Michigan doubleheader

Friday night found Colin Shipley in action at Winston Speedway (Winston, Mich.) aboard his Dominator Race Products No. 44s Late Model. Following a fourth-to-second run in his heat race, Colin dropped four spots in the 25-lap feature to finish 11th.

On Saturday evening at Thunderbird Speedway (Muskegon, Mich.) for the track’s season opener, Shipley’s fourth-place finish in his heat race pinned him on the sixth row for the feature. Losing one spot in the 30-lap affair, Colin recorded a 13th-place outing.
