Johnny Mulligan Classic at Ponderosa Speedway Postponed to Friday , July 15

SOMERSET, KENTUCKY (July 8, 2022) – The Valvoline Iron-Man Late Model Northern and Southern Series and the Brucebilt Performance Parts Iron-Man Open Wheel Modified Northern Series event that was scheduled for this evening July 8 has been postponed to Friday July 15.

With a high chance of rain for this afternoon and several race teams and fans planning to travel from several hours away, track and series officials fell this is the best decision for everyone involved and have agreed to postpone the 2nd Annual Johnny Mulligan Classic to Friday July 15, with the Valvoline Iron-Man Late Model Northern and Southern Series racing for $10,000 to win. The Brucebilt Iron-Man Open Wheel Modified event that was scheduled has been canceled but a possible makeup date could be announced.

The Valvoline Iron-Man Late Model Northern Series event scheduled for Saturday July 9 at Brownstown Speedway in Brownstown, IN is still on schedule to take place, with the Brucebilt Performance Parts Iron-Man Open Wheel Modified Northern Series also in action for $1,000 to win, plus the track’s Super Stock, Pure Stock, and Crown Vic divisions.
