ASCS Frontier Back On Track At Belgrade And Billings

Bryan Hulbert – BELGRADE, Mont. (June 7, 2022) Finally getting the season rolling at Electric City Speedway a couple of weeks ago, the Brodix ASCS Frontier Region returns to action on Friday, June 10 at Gallatin Speedway (Belgrade, Mont.), and Saturday, June 11 at Big Sky Speedway (Billings, Mont.).

The season’s first trip to both Montana ovals, the final rounds of the 2021 season, was spent at the same tracks, with wins going to Logan Forler and Phil Dietz. Following the season’s first two rounds, Trever Kirkland leads the point’s battle by 12 over James Setters as the two split time in Victory Lane in Great Falls. Third belongs to Joe Perry, with Kory Wermling and Kelly Miller making up the top five.

Friday, June 10 at Gallatin Speedway opens at 5:30 P.M. with Hot Laps at 7:00 P.M. and Racing at 7:35 P.M. (MDT). Tickets are $18 for adults, $16 for Seniors, and free for Kids 12 and under. The night includes WISSOTA Super Stocks and IMCA Modifieds. Gallatin Speedway is located at 2290 Tubb Rd. in Belgrade, Mont. Saturday, June 10 at Big Sky Speedway, open at 5:30 P.M. with racing at 7:00 P.M. (MDT). Tickets are $20 for adults and $15 for Senior and Military. Kids under 60-inches tall are admitted free into the grandstands. Saturday includes Sport Compact. Street Stocks, Super Stocks, and Modifieds. Big Sky Speedway is located at 11298 Roundup Rd. in Shepherd, Mont. The 2022 season will mark the 31st year of competition for the American Sprint Car Series. Spearheaded by the Lucas Oil American Sprint Car Series presented by the MAVTV Motorsports Network, the ASCS Nation includes Regional Tours that encompass both wing and non-wing competition.
