Top-5 Finish in SAS Action at Smoky Mountain

Eli Beets returned to action on Saturday at Smoky Mountain Speedway (Maryville, Tenn.) in the $5,000-to-win XR Southern All-Star (SAS) Super Late Model event.

Twenty-five Super Late Models entered the program, and Eli qualified second fastest in his group to lock into the third-starting spot for the night's 40-lap feature.

He raced in the Top 5 throughout the feature before crossing the finish line in the fourth position behind Camaron Marlar, Garrett Smith, and Jensen Ford.
