Pair of Top-5 Finishes for Gunnar Setser at U.S. 24 Speedway

Gunnar Setser entered both the A-Class Winged Micro and Non-Winged Micro ranks on Saturday night at U.S. 24 Speedway (Logansport, Ind.).

In Non-Winged Micro competition he qualified second fastest and finished second in his heat race after starting third. The feature event saw him rolling off from the pole. Unfortunately, he was unable to capitalize on his starting spot as he slipped to a fourth-place finish behind Darin Naida, Jordan Sterling, and Stone Sharpe.

A-Class Winged Micro competition found Gunnar qualified third fastest before charging to a heat race win. In the main event, he started third and that's where he would finish as he followed Nate Lauderbaugh and Darin Naida across the finish line.
