We’re searching for an experienced engineer to join our product team to build a scalable, feature rich platform for all of motorsports. Job overview
We’re a SaaS company with a multi-tenant web application for motorsports. Our software allows promoters to manage their season, sell tickets, run race night, and market their organization. Fans can engage with lineups, results, live timing and more using our iOS and Android apps.
As a key member of the product team, you’ll work closely with our support, sales, and stakeholders to turn new ideas into reality. Being part of a small team, you’ll get to:
- Help design and implement solutions in C#, jQuery, Angular, React, and a variety of other software languages.
- Work with our RESTful APIs to deliver new features to the iOS and Android apps.
- Write new SQL schema and improve stored procedure performance on our MS SQL databases.
- Contribute ideas to improve processes, make suggestions, and optimize workflow.
Work Environment
MRP is 100%, totally, completely work from home (or hotel or race track or beach), but we would like you to live within a couple hours or Lincoln, NE to join us for the occasional lunch or planning sessions.. While a majority of work is done between the normal 8a-5p hour, we totally understand having to step away to bring kids to school, or clean your dog's feet before they come inside. What is work-life balance without the life part anyway?!
Skills
- ASP.NET MVC, C#, MS SQL, MySQL, NoSQL, React, JavaScript, Angular, Java, Swift, RESTful APIs, Web sockets/SignalR
- Familiarity with AWS technologies such as EC2, RDS, Lambda, CloudFront, DynamoDB is a plus.
- Not afraid to lean on Stack Overflow (we’ve all been there….daily)
- Agile development experience. (but let’s be real, everyone’s Agile is a little more Agile than anyone else's Agile)
- Don’t worry, not everything above is a requirement :)

Driver Website Representative
Driver Website Representative Duties:
Weekly website updates for race drivers across the country, potential need for official press releases, photo and video updates, social media updates, product training, merchandise management, marketing materials, print work project management, website project management, website sales, light travel duties and having a blast working with the MyRacePass team.
Driver Website Representative Skills and Qualifications:
- 5+ years experience in Grassroots Motorsports
- High School graduate or equivalent education and/or experience
- Ability to travel
- If working remotely, the ability to work remote successfully
- 1-3 years of Journalism experience would be a bonus
- 3-5 years experience in computer/software support or similar experience
- Some G-Suite experience (gmail, Google Drive, etc) recommended
- Some sales & support experience would be a bonus
- Strong customer facing skills (executive presence, writing skills, phone skills); demonstrates a highly professional demeanor
- Takes ownership of customer issues and drives to resolution
- Customer service and retention of existing clients
- Ability to work collaboratively within the MyRacePass organization
- Ability to communicate and comprehend positions and interests, manage conflict, develop alternatives, and compromise appropriately
- Ability to set and communicate expectations; skill in mediating and resolving problems

Client Success Representative
Client Success Representative Job Responsibilities:
Generates revenue by developing lead generation, qualification, and closing sales; recommending any potential products and services that would benefit the client. While keeping an ongoing relationship with current and potential clients. Train Clients on ICMS (Integrated Content Management System) and Day to Day client relations, handle the process of a new website (text content, graphic content) from start to finish while working with Developers and Designers throughout the process.
Client Success Representative Daily Job Duties:
- Gain knowledge of company, products and services. Learn to operate new office technologies as they are developed and implemented.
- Training of our ICMS to our clients.
- Handling the process of creating a new website - managing the text content/graphic content and distributing accurate information to Designers and Developers.
- Initiates sales process by making initial contact, scheduling appointments, identifying needs of the account, closing the sale while building rapport and overcoming objections.
- Answer sales/technical calls, give information to callers and transfer to appropriate individuals as needed. Locate and attach appropriate files to incoming correspondence requiring replies.
- Establish work procedures, schedules, keep track of the daily work and arrange conferences/meetings with potential/current clients.
- Maintain current scheduling and event calendars.
- Collect payment information and complete forms in accordance with company policies.
- Contribute, compose, type and distribute meeting notes and ideas to management or team. Maintain and implement team building discussions and ideas.
- Review work done by others to check for correct spelling and grammar, ensure that company format policies are followed and recommend revisions as needed.
- Operate office equipment such as fax machines, copiers, and phone systems, and use computers for spreadsheet, word processing, database management, and other applications.
- Utilize the current project management system & Insightly on a daily basis.
