Clay Harris third in Super Late Model special at Potomac Speedway
Kicking off a busy week at the facility, Clay Harris rolled into Brownstown (Ind.) Speedway on Wednesday afternoon for the $20,000-to-win FloRacing Night in America event ahead of the Jackson 100.
With 37 Late Models in the pit area, Harris earned his spot in the A-Main with a second-place finish in his B-Main before finishing 14th in the 50-lap feature. The remainder of the weekend was cancelled due to Hurricane Helene.
Following his fellow Lucas Oil Late Model Dirt Series competitor Ross Robinson to Maryland, Clay Harris made a surprise visit to Potomac Speedway (Budds Creek, Md.) on Saturday afternoon.
Finishing second in his heat race, Harris climbed to a podium finish in the Hills Memorial with a third-place outing behind Ross Robinson and Tyler Bare.
