Late Race Woes, and Fast Racing Action!

Even with Cooler air temperatures, Some Heads remained hot inside their helmets this past Saturday night! We have to start on the last lap in the HeyGlassman Stock Cars division. Clint Smith, and Justin Franz swapped spots for the lead off of turn 2 and in what looked to be a career best finish/possible win for Youngster Justin Franz in the 86 stock car was quickly dashed away in what appeared to be a kamakaze move from the b00b car driven by Kyler Kemp coming to the checkered in turn 4. The collision collected Franz, Smith, Beau, and others sending Franz to the Brent Thomas Hot Pit area and then to the rear of the field for changing a tire. Clint Smith was able to continue and went on to Win the race, Beau davis 2nd, Jayce Reimer 3rd, Chris Holle 4th, and Alex Krogmeier in the top 5!!!

In Primal Jerky Mini-Stock action we seen Dylan Doty again battling for the lead along with Brett Barber and Titus Bortzfield, a late mistake let Titus slip by and go onto his second win this season, leaving DoDoBird Doty in 2nd, Brett Barber 3rd, Kasey Coleman 4th, and Wyatt Burress 5th.

The USRA BSB B-mods ran one of the cleanest races all year, with the racing surface slick top to bottom, the racing action was good from front to back!! It has been good to see Josh Everhart back racing with us more often, he started 6th and was challenging Jacob Hodges and Henry Chambers for the top-spot early on. Henry opened up a lead and Jacob Hodges who also kept the gap consistent from previously mentioned Everhart in 3rd, KC Mullin 4th, and Slade Moore coming in 5th.

The night of racing action ended with a familiar Face of Tyler Davis in O'Reilly Auto Parts Victory lane. All 20 laps of the main event were led by the # 65 after passing 2 cars by the exit of turn 2. T.J. Tolan , Kenton Allen and Paden Phillips all battled for the 2nd spot with a slider by Paden he finished in 2nd, T.J. Tolan found the scales in 3rd, KA Kenton Allen 4th , and Flyin' Ryan McAninch rounding out the top 5.

Thank you fans, crews, drivers, staff for another great night of racing!!!!

see you in 2 weeks..
