LLR Motorsports Attends WISSOTA 100 at I-94 Speedway

Michael and Jesse were both in action over the weekend at the I-94 Speedway in Fergus Falls, MN for the annual WISSOTA 100.
The event started on Wednesday night and Jesse raced his way from 9th up to a second place finish in his heat race, earning the most passing points and locking himself into the night's qualifying feature. In that feature, he started on the pole and raced inside the top five throughout the entire event, coming home with a solid fifth place finish, earning himself a starting spot in Saturday's championship feature event.

Michael ran both the Modified and Midwest Modified and had an up and down night. In the Mod, he raced from 8th to 4th in the heat, which put him 14th overall in passing points. In the feature, he raced home with a 17th place finish. In the Midwest Mod, he ran eighth in his heat.

Thursday was rained out, so Michael was back in action on Friday night, where he ran third in his Modified heat race and then came home with a 6th place finish in the feature, locking himself into Saturday's main event. In the Midwest Mod, he placed second in his heat race and seventh in the main, locking himself into Saturday's championship night with both cars. He also raced in the Race of Champions event and came home 14th.

Saturday night, Michael started 17th in the Modified feature and raced his way forward to come home with a top ten finish, crossing the finish line in 10th.
In the Midwest Modified, he started 25th and came home 20th.
Jesse started 13th in the Midwest Modified feature and came home with a 15th place finish for his efforts on the weekend.
