USCS Outlaw Modified Series 2021 Rules and updates.

February 22, 2021 – We have ONLY listed here the general rules that should cover what most people need to know about the USCS Outlaw Modified Series. I have looked at rules from all sanctioning bodies and tracks we plan to involve in 2021. If you have a question in-regards-to this, please call me…Pete Walton at 770-865-6097.
The USCS Outlaw Modified rules will allow your car to compete NO or with very minor adjusts possible if you are legal under UMP, USMTS and or IMCA rules now. A complete set of fine-tuned rules when I finish editing them will be available as soon as possible. Just get ready for the first four races and let’s do it!

Answers to the Normal and Common questions:
1 - Weight 2400 lbs. at any time with driver apparel and safety equipment.
2 - Tires Hoosier G-60 or AR KK704 on 8 in. STEEL Racing Wheels) - No decal required (Bead lock on right side of car only is okay.) You may groove, sipe, Grind on tires till your heart's content.
3 - Spoilers Option #1 Open Motor 5-inch Maximum spoiler height.
Spoilers Option #2 LEGAL GM Performance 604 and 602 Crate Motors will be allowed a 7-inch Maximum spoiler height.
4 - Frame and chassis Maximum 78 inches outside of tires to outside of tires.
5 - Body Width is 80 inch maximum with up to 6” flare out for left rear tire clearance. Nose 42 inch Maximum. A 2-inch maximum turnup on sides (must be equal). Maximum roof measurements are 50 inches wide by 56 inches long. There is a Five (5) inch maximum roof rake back to front. NO cover panel on right or left side of motor. Must be open to view engine.
6 - Fuel cells are Mandatory and are to be 32 gallon Maximum, must be shielded/contained in steel container with 2-inch metal straps and safely distanced and protected from rear collision to prevent fire!
7 - Shocks must be all steel. One shock per wheel. A 5th Shock may be on lift or pull bar mounted horizontally.
8 – Brakes on all four wheel and be operational. Only front o rear bias valve/controller allowed. No side to side or blocking right front off.
There will be approximately 16 races when schedule is complete with a point fund available to the top 10 drives who compete in 70% of events plus a rookie of the year award. We already have a number of contingency awards to be announced with the schedule.
