2018 Champions Crowned at Humboldt Speedway

Humboldt Speedway- With Championship races pushed from Friday due to rain, Humboldt Speedway celebrated a tremendous 2018 season in grand fashion by crowning it's Champions on Sunday evening.
In the evenings' first Championship races, O'Reilly Auto Parts Sport Compacts, multiple feature winner Trey Stipp found himself in a dogfight with invaders from the North. Humboldt's Brandon Vink and Curtis Wilson Jr. rounded out the top three in points.
In Home Savings Bank Factory Stocks, Jacob Ellison started on the pole and led every lay en route to the victory. Chanute's Patrick Kay and Emporia's Krew Walburn rounded out the top three. The 2018 Track Championship went to Chanute's Jon Westhoff, who on the year compiled ten wins. Chanute's Derrek Wilson finished second in point while Walburn finished third.
