Satterlee reels in fourth at Port Royal Speedway
With his plans on Saturday to compete with the Valvoline Iron-Man Northern Series at Wayne County Speedway (Orrville, Ohio) rained out, Gregg Satterlee headed to Port Royal Speedway (Port Royal, Pa.) for the $4,000-to-win program.
Starting the main event in eighth via runner-up run in his heat race, Satterlee gained four positions in the 25-lapper to register a fourth-place finish. He chased Bryan Bernheisel, Trever Feathers, and Rick Eckert to the checkers with Jeff Rine coming in fifth.
With the top-10 finishers from the feature inverted for the $1,000-to-win Australian Pursuit honoring Glen Stitt, Gregg jumped up one spot to finish fifth.
