Third-place finish in Frank Sagi Tribute Race at Hagerstown

Taking advantage off an off weekend with the Lucas Oil Late Model Dirt Series, Ross Robinson entered his Commonwealth Equipment No. 7 Late Model into battle at Hagerstown (MD) Speedway on Sunday for a pair of 20-lap features that honored the late Frank Sagi.

Against a field of 35 cars, Robinson laid down the sixth-fastest time in his group before placing second in his heat. Gunning for a $3,500 top prize in the first feature, Ross advanced forward four positions to register a third-place finish. He joined Kyle Hardy and Drake Troutman on the podium.

His night ended early in the second A-Main with a lap five departure.
