11th-place finish in The Night Before the Jackson at Brownstown

After grabbing the fourth-and-final transfer spot in his heat into Friday’s preliminary feature, persistent rain showers forced officials to postpone 40-lapper to Saturday afternoon.
With $10,000 on the line in Saturday's rain-delayed prelim, Ross gained three spots to register an 11th-place finish.
Later that night, Robinson’s third-place finish in his heat race pinned him on the fifth row for the $20,000-to-win Jackson 100. Pulling off early on lap 44, Ross was scored 21st on the rundown in the 100-lap affair.
Ross is currently 10th in the latest LOLMDS point standings.
