SEIDLER SET TO START OUTSIDE POLE FOR IRON MAN 100
Local veterans, Jeremy Keller and Marlyn Seidler, led the field to the green flag in IMCA Modified Qualifying Feature #2. They briefly raced side by side until Seidler cleared Keller for the top spot. Seidler pulled away as Keller had his hands full first with Hank Berry, then with Shawn Strand. A series of mid-race cautions regrouped the field. On a restart with four laps to go, Keller and Strand made contact resulting with Strand spinning in turn two. Strand was sent to the tale and on the final restart of the evening, Keller gave it all he had to get by Seidler. However, it was Marlyn Seidler who would hang on and grab the victory to start on the outside pole position in the Iron Man 100. Jeremy Keller finished second ahead of Logan Schmitz as Hank Berry held off Johnny Corell for fourth.
