Solid Top Five Finish for Hickman at Smoky Mountain

Saturday night found Riley competing in the annual Rockin' with the Stars at Smoky Mountain Speedway (Maryville, Tennessee), which was sanctioned by the Southern All Star Super Late Model tour and posted a $5,000 winner's check.
Twenty-eight entries were on hand for the event, and Hickman started the evening by qualifying second in his group to lock into the fourth starting spot for the feature in his #R1 BIF Motorsports/Hickman Manufacturing Company/CVR/Vic Hill Racing Engine Super Late Model. He would contend for position in the top five throughout the event, and when the checkered flag dropped on the finale he was credited with a fourth place finish behind race winner Billy Ogle Jr., Mike Marlar, and Ray Cool.
