Wenger earns 10th win of 2024 at Farmer City Raceway

McKay Wenger's 2024 season resumed on Friday evening with a short trip to Farmer City (IL) Raceway seeking his sixth win of the season at the quarter-mile oval.

After steering to a second-place finish in his heat race, Wenger powered ahead of Logan Moody on the 14th circuit of the feature and paced the final 12 laps to secure his 10th win of the 2024 season. He finished 3.188 seconds ahead of Rich Bell with Moody rounding out the podium.

On Saturday at Fairbury (IL) Speedway, McKay stormed into the $2,500-to-win FALS Cup with a fourth-to-first heat showing. Starting on the front row, Wenger capped off his weekend with a runner-up finish in the 30-lap affair.
