Sixth-place finish in season opener at Florence Speedway

Kent Robinson lifted the lid on his 2021 season on Saturday night at Florence Speedway (Union, Ky.) as the half-mile oval hosted another $5,000-to-win special. In a field of 17 cars, Kent posted a third-place finish in his heat race, which positioned him sixth on the starting grid for the A-Main. With a heated battle ongoing up front throughout the race, Robinson remained consistent throughout the 40-lapper to finish sixth.
