Tim Ward collects Top-10 outing in Gateway Dirt Nationals prelim at The Dome

Making the long haul to Saint Louis, Tim Ward rolled into The Dome at America's Center (St. Louis, Mo.) on Friday afternoon for his preliminary night of the eighth-annual Gateway Dirt Nationals.

Ward earned a spot in the preliminary feature by winning his B-Main before charging from 17th-to-8th in the 20-lap feature to record a Top-10 finish.

With the finale slated for Saturday, Tim grabbed a transfer spot through his qualifier and finished 13th in the 30-lap main event.
