Double-Duty Allen Visits Rocket Raceway Park for Bryan Mize Memorial

PETTY, Texas (August 31, 2024) Pulling double duty for the Bryan Mize Memorial, Chase Allen invaded Rocket Raceway Park (Petty, Texas) on Friday afternoon for the 10th running of the annual event.

With two divisions increasing the work-load, Allen backed up a sixth-place finish in his Touring Outlaw Modified Series (TOMS) heat race with an eighth-place finish in the qualifying feature.

In the IMCA Modified ranks on Friday, Chase claimed a heat race win from the front row before placing first in his B-Main.

Back at the quarter-mile oval on Saturday, Allen's early departure in his TOMS consolation race ended his bid for the $10,000-to-win A-Main.

The Midlothian, Texas native was able to cap off his weekend on a high note as he drove to a fourth-place finish in the IMCA Modified finale.
