A learning experience
The rain would finally cooperate and we were finally able to race at English Creek Speedway. One way to describe the night was to call it a learning experience. In the first two heats we strugled all night long finishing 4th in each heat. A combination of first race of the year and slight motor problems. Got the motor dialed in perfect and lined up for the A main. We started 10 in the A main and with 4 laps to go with a caution comming out we were siting in 4th. I couldnt say anough about how well our motor was dialed in. After the restart going into one Devin got loose and ended up sideways making contact with a fellow competitor and rolling over his kart. It was not the ending of the race we were looking for, but after getting the motor dialed in and comming up from the back were happy with what we have learned. English creek speedway with resume racing in two weeks!
