Hill Eager for Pennsylvania Swing With ASCS National Tour

Inside Line Promotions – SIX NATIONS, Ontario, Canada (April 27, 2021) – Alex Hill is excited to compete at a pair of Pennsylvania tracks this weekend with the Lucas Oil ASCS National Tour.

“I’m really looking forward to racing at Williams Grove and Selinsgrove this week,” she said. “I raced at both of them a couple of years ago. They’re bigger tracks, the kind I enjoy racing on the most.”

Hill is hoping for good weather that will offer two consecutive nights of racing during the Rite Way Sealing & Paving Inc. Battle of the Groves. She’s only competed in five nights of racing this year and just once in nearly the last four weeks.

“Our season has went pretty well so far, but we just really need to get some more races in,” she said. “We’re racing a new J&J car this year and I like it. But I need to get more comfortable in it and the only way I can do that is by racing. Hopefully this weekend will give us that opportunity.”

A bonus for traveling to Pennsylvania this week for Hill and her team will be the close proximity to home.

“We’ll be about seven hours from home,” she said. “Unfortunately, the border is still pretty much closed. But we’ll be close enough to home to where we should see a lot of locals from our area so that will be nice.”
