Steve Drevicki and his family owned team came into the 2022 season with a lot of optimism that their upcoming season with the USAC East Coast series could not have been more up and down, or more challenging than the 2021 season.

The season for the thee time series season started out with alternating second and fifth place Finnishes through the first five feature events of the 2022 season. A close second place to start the season out at Bridgeport, and nearly grabbing the win in the second feature at the Bloomsburg double header, with yet another runner up finish at Port Royal at the end of April.

From there, the season was much of the same that we expect from Drevicki and team racking up the top five and top ten runs, consistently finishing right at the foot of feature events, and contenting for the win at one of Drevicki’s best tracks, the Williams Grove Speedway in the series biggest event of the year, the Bill Gallagher Memorial.

The team suffered only two blemishes on the season, a 15th place run at the Selinsgrove earlier on in the season, and a 13th place effort in one of the double shows at Action Track USA were the only two finishes outside of the top ten during the entire year. A massive turn around for the team following the dismal 2021 season the team experienced.

In addition to the USAC East Coast Season, Drevicki and team attacked the annual Eastern Storm with some very impressive runs once switching to the teams regular chassis rather than their normal 410 mount, and also visited western PA for a handful of BOSS series events as well.

In 2023 look for much of the same for Drevicki and team as they will again participate in the majority of the USAC East Coast Series schedule, USAC National Tour events during Eastern Storm and possible elsewhere, along with select BOSS Series events. Drevicki and team also will be learning the ropes of their new RPM Chassis, but with the solid note book the team already has for area speedways, the team will no doubt be title contenders for the 2023 series championship.
