Millwood attends Volunteer 50; Top-10 in preliminary feature

Back behind the wheel of his Super Late Model, Tyler Millwood checked into Volunteer Speedway (Bulls Gap, Tenn.) for the first night of the unsanctioned-Volunteer 50 weekend.

With 42 Late Models on hand, Millwood qualified sixth-quickest in his group before locking himself into Saturday's finale with a seventh-place finish in the 25-lap preliminary feature.

For Saturday's $50,050-to-win main event, Tyler started 13th and finished 14th after 50 laps.
