World of Outlaws doubleheader brings Millwood to Bulls Gap

Friday night found Tyler Millwood in action at Volunteer Speedway (Bulls Gap, Tenn.) piloting his Millwood Plumbing No. 31 Late Model entry for the World of Outlaws Morton Buildings Late Model Series doubleheader. Drawing 33 cars, Tyler followed up the 10th fastest time in his group with at third place finish in his heat. Losing six spots in the 50-lap feature, Millwood recorded an 18th place finish.

The following night for another $10,000-to-win A-Main, Millwood fell one spot short of a transfer position in his heat with a fifth place finish, sending him into the B-Main. Coming in second behind Michael Brown, Tyler locked into the 18th-starting position for the finale. With $10,000 on the line, Millwood dropped five spots to place 23rd.
