X-1 Race Cars Clients Produce Success Throughout N.Y. Speedweek

Inside Line Promotions – MEXICO, Ind. (July 13, 2017) – X-1 Race Cars continues to achieve success through the 2017 season as X-1 competitors recently won three out of the five N.Y. Speedweek races.
Chuck Hebing and Jason Barney both captured wins throughout the busy week with Hebing claiming a pair of victories. Both drivers have seen a good amount of success so far this season.
“We’ve had really great race cars all year,” Barney said. “We’ve won four races and finished in the top five in 15 out of 20 races.”
Both drivers have been working with X-1 Race Cars Owner Ryan Linder for the last couple of years.
“I’ve seen a lot of racing equipment over the years,” Hebing said. “Ryan is really meticulous as far as the quality of his frames and caring about what he does. He’s definitely not a large production house, but he does a heck of a job.”
Linder personally makes every one of the race cars that he sells and he’s currently the only person in contact with them prior to distribution.
“I really appreciate the quality assurance that I get with X-1 Race Cars,” Barney said. “Knowing the same person is going to be building my cars time and time again is comforting. It’s nice to know that it’s going to be the same process every time and that different people aren’t going to be welding on my car.”
Not only does Linder build the cars, he also provides tech support and his customers all work together to help each other.
“Between the tech support between Linder and Barney, they’ve made it a whole lot easier to survive against the young guns,” Hebing said. “He’s a great guy to work with.”
Linder said he is actively seeking ways to streamline the production process without sacrificing the quality that his race cars are known for.
“I want the bigger teams to know that they won’t have to wait a couple of months when they want a car built,” he said. “We can cater to any team whether they want one race car or several each season.”
