Moyer Jr. attends Show-Me 100 weekend at Wheatland

Following the sixth-fastest time in his qualifying group, Billy jumped up one spot in his eight-lap heat race to pick up the victory. Starting the $6,000-to-win Tribute to Don and Billie Gibson preliminary feature in sixth, Moyer Jr. faded back to an 18th-place outing in the 30-lapper.

With his finish on Friday placing him on the ninth row for the $50,000-to-win Show-Me 100 finale, Moyer Jr. was an early retiree from the 100-lap affair on lap 69.
