The Wild Child Runs Fourth At Lincoln Speedway

PETERSEN MEDIA: With the All Star Circuit of Champions taking over Pennsylvania over the weekend, Jac Haudenschild continued to run well at the Lincoln Speedway, as the Wooster, OH wheelman picked up another fourth place finish at the speedway, before he got collected in another drivers mess on Sunday at the Susquehanna Speedway Park.

With 40 cars on hand on Saturday night, Haudenschild timed the MonDak Portables/Benic Enterprises/Renegade Rentals entry in seventh fastest, putting him in the third row of his heat race.

Finishing in the fourth spot, Haudenschild earned a berth into the Dash, and follow a flip, Haudenschild was scored in the sixth spot, putting him in the third row for the feature event.

With the Destiny Motorsports team making repairs to the No. 9w machine, Haudenschild had a very strong car as he moved forward against the All Star regulars as well as the ultra-tough PA Posse.

Getting into the fourth spot, Haudenschild challenged Tim Shaffer late in the race, but was unable to land on the podium.

Sunday saw the team head to the Susquehanna Speedway Park for another night of action against the stars and cars of the East Coast, Haudenschild found himself on the pole of the first heat race.

Taking advantage of his prime starting spot, ‘The Wild Child’ rocketed away from the field and picked up the heat win, and as fate would have it he pulled the six, putting him in the third row of the feature event.

Rolling off for the 25-lap Sprint Car Summer Classic, Haudenschild and Danny Dietrich hooked up in a torrid battle but unfortunately Haudenschild’s night came to an end on the 15th lap, as he got collected in a wreck, and got upside down.

“The weekend was up and down for us, but the guys did great to get everything back together and get us on the track,” he said. “We have Ohio Speedweek up next and we are all looking forward to running 9 strong races.”
