Eldora Speedway brings Matt Dooley to Ohio for World 100
Unveiling a new reflective look for the historic event, Matt Dooley rolled into Eldora Speedway (Rossburg, Ohio) on Wednesday afternoon to kick off his World 100 with a $20,000-to-win event with Castrol FloRacing Night in America.
As 82 Late Model drivers took time trials, Dooley qualified 28th in his stacked group before placing 11th in his heat race. Buried in one of the two B-Mains, Matt was unable to make the A-Main.
With the field elevated to a whopping 107 entries on Thursday, Matt raced his way into a preliminary feature and placed 24th before missing his prelim on Friday evening.
Starting 10th in one of Saturday's six heat race, Dooley was unable to make up many spots and watched the 54th-annual World 100 from the sidelines.
