WAGNER RETURNS TO VICTORY LANE IN MANDAN
Points leader Ken Sandberg started on the pole for the IMCA Sport Compact feature. Sandberg, who started deep in the field in his heat race accumulated the most passing points to lead the field to the green flag. Sandberg led early but suddenly had mechanical issues that ended his night early. Inheriting the lead WAS young Aiden Wagner of Minot and he pulled away from second place, Paul Schuh. Aiden Wagner cruised to victory, picking up his first Dacotah Speedway victory of the season. Paul Schuh had a season best of second place. Alex Thompson finished third ahead of Nick Hoffman and Stan Thompson.
