BENTLEY THOMPSON GETS CAREER WIN IN INEX BANDOLEROS
Wisconsin Dells WI 6/18/22-Bentley Thompson claimed the time shortened INEX Bandolero A-Main presented by O’Reilly Auto Parts. Emily Billings and Ace Oldenhoff brought the field to the green and after a few quick cautions Thompson and Quick qualifier Alex Hartwig made their way forward to battle for the win. Axel Oldenhoff joined the battle with 8 to go and the 3 way fight for the win was on. Close racing commenced as the laps rapidly depleted. Caution flew with 3 to go as Rookie contender Ethan Jensen made hard contact with the turn 3 wall. After an extended period of under red the race was deemed complete and Thompson awarded his FIRST career Feature win. Following the 22 to the line was Hartwig, Axel Oldenhoff, Emily Billings and Ace Oldenhoff.
Alex Hartwig had fast time with a lap of 16.802. (70.706mph) Bentley Thomson also won the heat race.
