Adam tackles FloRacing Night in America event and Prairie Dirt Classic
With the 34th-running of the Prairie Dirt Classic on the horizon, Daniel Adam checked into Fairbury (Ill.) Speedway early for the FloRacing Night in America event on Wednesday evening.
Stopping the clock 13th-quickest in his stacked qualifying group, Adam fell back in his heat race which relegated him to the back of a B-Main. Being buried too far back, Daniel did not make the $20,000-to-win main event.
Primed for the 34th-annual Prairie Dirt Classic, Adam kicked off the crown jewel weekend by going 28th-quickest in his stacked qualifying group which placed him in the fourth showdown feature. Starting 14th, Adam was an early retiree and finished 19th.
Starting towards the back of one of Saturday’s last chance showdown, Adam made up seven spots but still came up short of making the main event.
