The current NASCAR Monster Energy Cup point leader was making his second start at the Placerville Speedway this season, a track he made his first career sprint car start at 10-years ago, and took home $4000 for his efforts on Saturday night aboard the Silva Motorsports No. 57 EAGLE. Larson charged to the lead midway through the feature on Saturday and proceeded to drive away from the field. The huge evening of racing saw 63 Sprint Car Challenge Tour competitors on hand and showcased tremendous action all night long, in front of a standing room only crowd. “That was definitely a fun race tonight and a good battle up front early on,” Larson commented. “I just tried to be patient at the start racing behind Kyle Hirst and Rico (Abreu) because they set a really good pace. After I got around Hirst for the lead I felt like I could control things out front. Big thanks to Paul Silva and this entire 57 team for all their hard work. I also want to thank all the fans for coming out and supporting this new series.”

John Carney didn’t have to travel far to the West Texas Raceway. The Lubbock Wrecker 11x took the week off of 360 racing to try some 305 action. A decision deserving of a win with their EAGLE car.

Tyler Russell completed the hat trick earning number three on the season in the Bobby Moser Racing EAGLE. This one at Gator Motorplex during the Gator Outlaw Bash. Tyler won the heat and feature in a night shared with the World of Outlaws.

Team STALLARD ace, Chase Randall, put it to them again at Superbowl Speedway. This make five on the season for the new micro driver. #QuickestChicken

Rod Henning raced forward in his Dorsett HENCHCRAFT entry to pick up the win with the MMSA at Bloomington Speedway. Heading into the nights A-Main all 21 wingless starters took the green. Henning would take the top spot via the high side on lap three and never look back. The series takes two weeks off before returning to the new and improved Twin City speedway on May 6 for another USAC event.
