Drake Troutman scores runner-up finishes at Bedford and Hesston

With a fifth-to-second run in his heat race positioning him on the fourth row for the feature, Troutman challenged race-leader Mike Altobelli Jr. early but eventually settled with a runner-up finish in the 25-lapper. Evan Taylor, George Dixon, and Mike Pappas completed the Top-5 finishers.

The following night at Hesston Speedway (Hesston, Pa.), Drake recorded a pair of second-place finishes on the evening. He came from to sixth-to-second in his heat before placing second in the feature.
