Pair of podium finishes at Bedford Speedway

Drake Troutman made the short trip to Bedford Speedway (Bedford, Pa.) on Friday afternoon to compete in his Late Model and Modified.

After starting the night off with a heat race win, Drake raced to a third-place finish in the 25-lap Late Model feature. He followed Bryan Bernheisel and Jeff Rine to the checkers with Jeff Miller and Chuck Clise rounding out the Top-5. Recording his second podium run of the night in his Modified, Troutman notched a second-place finish in the 20-lap affair.

Joining the Zimmer’s United Late Model Series on Saturday at Hagerstown Speedway (Hagerstown, Md.), Troutman was a scratch from his consolation event after pulling off early in his heat.
