Troutman scores second-place finish at Winchester

With his Super Late Model motor not completed in time to compete in the doubleheader weekend with the Lucas Oil Late Model Dirt Series (LOLMDS), Drake Troutman hopped behind the wheel of his Modified on Saturday at Winchester Speedway (Winchester, Va.). Earning the second-starting position for the A-Main via preliminary events, a rain shower during the 25-lapper made for rough track conditions but Troutman battled through to finish second.
