Seibers attends Governor's Cup at Talladega Short Track

David Seibers visited Talladega Short Track (Eastoboga, Ala.) on Saturday night for the Southern All Star Series-sanctioned third annual Governor’s Cup. In a field of 40 cars, David fell short of a transfer position in his heat with a seventh place finish, transferring him into the B-Main. Coming in second behind Austin Smith, Seibers locked into the 20th-starting position for the $10,000-to-win A-Main. Running into trouble near the midway point of the feature, David was an early retiree from the 60-lapper on lap 42.
