Over the winter, the NRA and GLSS owners and staff worked together to unify their rules and equalize their purse. Many hours were spent in an effort to improve and strengthen 360 cu in winged sprint car racing in the Great Lakes Region. Working together on schedules, we were able to put together 34 shows at 15 different tracks in Ohio, Indiana and Michigan. Allowing 360 cu in cars plenty of options and weekends to race at the best tracks with the best 360 drivers in our part of the country!

GLSS also formed an alliance with the National Championship Racing Association (NCRA) and other 360 cu in associations around the country like Sprint Car Bandits in Texas and Upper Midwest Sprint Series out of Minnesota. Building relationships across the country and in other regions will benefit the sport and our local teams down the road as we put together regional events. Bringing the best of the best together across the country.
