Caleb Sattler WINS FIRST EVER FEATURE WIN With Ryan Kinsey (B Feature), and Gord Alblas (A Feature) 6/3/23!
Heat 1 lineup: William Winans, Louie Lohrke, Ann Winans, Randy Steiner, Lex Jarecki, Doug Smith, Jimmy Lohrke, Tyler Oakley, Elijah Sutton, Darren Wright, and Caleb Sattler. Louie Lohrke jumps out to the early lead to start the heat race. Ann Winans moves up to 2nd to challenge Lohrke for the lead! Caleb Sattler from the back of the pack is moving through the field and is up to 5th 2 laps in to this heat race! Tyler Oakley and Doug Smith battle side by side for 3rd! Tyler Oakley wins the battle and Doug Smith falls back to 4th allowing Smith and Sattler to duke it out for 4th! Sattler wins the battle! Mean while, further back in the pack, darren Wright starts making his charge to the front! Wright ran the outside and moved to 2nd in less than half a lap! Tyler Oakley and Caleb Sattler slice passed Ann Winans! Darren Wright tries to take the lead, but Louie Lohrke slams the door on the high side of 2 losing momentum on the leader. As Lohrke falls off the pace down the backstretch Tyler Oakley is the new leader! Sattler is now in 2nd. Sutton from the back of the pack is now making the move on Wright for 4th. Battle for the lead is on between Sattler and Oakley! Sattler is seeking his FIRST EVER heat race win! Sattler gets the lead in 2! Wright gets around Sutton and moves by Smith! Wright receives a speeding ticket for going under his qualifying time, Sattler thought it was for him! Caution came out to let Wright know he was speeding Caleb Sattler was directed to rejoin the race. Heat 1 is back underway and Tyler Oakley is the leader, but don't look now here comes Caleb Sattler to challenge! Sattler pulls a cross over on Oakley going from high to low to get a better run! In turn 2 he is our new leader! Elijah Sutton and Doug Smith battle for 3rd! Sutton gets by for 3rd. Caleb Sattler WINS his FIRST EVER HEAT RACE! Tyler Oakley is 2nd, Elijah Sutton 3rd, Doug Smith 4th, Randy Steiner 5th, Jimmy Lohrke 6th, and Will Winans 7th.
Heat 2 lineup: Katelyn Davis, Jordan McCowan, Elston Flemming Jr, Billy Edwards, Marcus Starnes, William Trudgen, Josh Sattler, Bennie Miller, Don Cupp, and Amanda Weatherwax (DNS). Katelyn Davis jumps out to the early lead while Jordan McCowan and Elston Flemming Jr battle for 2nd. Josh Sattler is on the move looking to the inside of Edwards for 4th. Edwards and Flemming make it 3 wide with McCowan in the middle! Both Flemming and Edwards are able to get by! McCowan doesn't give up though he passes by Edwards on the inside. Sattler pressures Davis for the lead in 3! Mean while, Bennie Miller is running in 5th trying to get a run on McCowan for 5th. Miller gets by and takes over 5th. Josh Sattler receives a speeding ticket so that hands the lead back over to Davis while Flemming challenges down low to make it a race for the lead! Davis and Flemming race door to door in 3, coming out of 4 Elston Flemming Jr is the new leader! On the final lap final corner Davis gets too low upsetting her car gets loose able to hold on but fades back in the pack. Elston Flemming Jr takes home the win! Billy Edwards 2nd, Bennie Miller 3rd, Marcus Starnes 4th, William Trudgen 5th, Don Cupp 6th, Jordan McCowan 7th, and Katelyn Davis 8th.
Heat 3 line up: Tim Lyon, Brad Robison, Jake Newman, Ryan Kinsey, Mike Rose, Doug Peters, Chris Tesch, Mike Westphal, Tony Dager, and Seth Smith. Tim Lyon goes to the early lead Jake Newman runs 2nd. Mike Rose, Brad Robison, and Ryan Kinsey have a 3 way battle for 3rd! Robison gets pinched out and Rose and Kinsey drag race for 3rd! Rose now runs 3rd, Kinsey 4th, and Robison 5th. Doug Peters goes by Robison for 5th and Seth Smith moves Robison back to 7th. Smith is now challenging Peters for 5th. Ryan Kinsey moves to the inside of Mike Rose for 3rd. Jake Newman leaves the door open down low allowing Ryan Kinsey to move to the inside for 2nd. Newman is now 3rd and now Peters and Rose battle for 4th. Rose is able to hold on for 4th, but Peters and Smith battle for 5th. Smith is now running 5th. Seth Smith and Mike Rose are now racing for 4th! Tim Lyon wins heat 4! Ryan Kinsey 2nd, Jake Newman 3rd, Seth Smith 4th, Mike Rose 5th Mike Westphal 6th, Tony Dager 7th, Doug Peters 8th, Brad Robison 9th, and Chris Tesch 10th.
Heat 4 lineup: Sheldon Lindlag, Andrew Losey, Ashley Chalfant, Pat Dent, Scott Gates, Gavin McGuffey, Will Slaughter, Ryan Hollister, Gord Alblas, and Ryan Drumhiller. Andrew Losey is our early leader while Sheldon Lindlag gets shuffled back to 2nd. Dent goes to the outside of Lindlag to race for 2nd! Gavin McGuffey moves to the inside of Ashley Chalfant to challenge for 4th! Ryan Drumhiller is on the move as he goes to the inside of McGuffey but loses ground allowing McGuffey to run away with Will Slaughter on the outside! Slaughter goes to the inside of Lindlag for 3rd. Drumhiller goes under Lindlag for 4th. McGuffey and Gord Alblas make it 3 wide on Lindlag with Lindlag in the middle! Both McGuffey and Alblas able to get around Lindlag. Ryan Hollister at the back of the pack also able to get by Lindlag. Alblas and McGuffey put on a show for 5th! Slaughter now on the inside of Dent for 2nd! Slaughter now runs 2nd. Dent who is running 3rd and now has company in the form of Ryan Drumhiller. Slaughter takes the lead on Drumhiller in 3! Will Slaughter receives a speeding ticket which hands the lead back to Andrew Losey. Pat Dent tried 1 more move to take the lead, but Andrew Losey was able to edge out over Pat Dent for the win! Pat Dent 2nd, Ryan Drumhiller 3rd, Gord Alblas 4th, Ryan Hollister 5th, Gavin McGuffey 6th, Sheldon Lindlag 7th, and Ashley Chalfant 8th.
C Feature lineup: Randy Steiner, Lex Jarecki, Doug Smith, Jimmy Lohrke, Tyler Oakley, Elijah Sutton, Caleb Sattler, Katelyn Davis, Jordan McCowan, Darren Wright, William Winans, Ann Winans, and Louie Lohrke. On the start, Randy Steiner gets a jump one the field with Doug Smith behind him in 2nd! Elijah Sutton runs the outside of Katelyn Davis for 5th! Jordan McCowan has trouble in turns 3 & 4 falls off the pace tries to pull it in the infield, but couldn’t pull it in far enough bring out our 1st caution. McCowan is able to resume, but falls to the tale for bringing out the caution. On the restart, Steiner picks up right where he left off. Doug Smith and Caleb Sattler battle for 2nd while Katelyn Davis and Tyler Oakley battle for 4th! Davis wins the battle, but Oakley not giving up. The race for 2nd is still on as Sattler gets around Smith for 2nd! Our race leader Randy Steiner gets disqualified for speeding handing the lead over to Caleb Sattler! Doug Smith gets around Sattler for the lead, but settler finds momentum in 2 and drag races Smith down the back stretch! Settler is back to the lead in 4! Oakley pressures Davis for 3rd and Oakley and Davis make contact in 4! Elijah Sutton nearly misses Oakley and Davis to bring out caution #2. Tyler Oakley was the caution car putting him to the back while Katelyn Davis and Elijah Sutton are pit side. When the race went back green, settler gets a great restart and starts to put distance between him and Smith. Tyler Oakley and Ann Winans race for 3rd in 3 side by side! Tyler Oakley is now in 3rd off of 4! CALEB SATTLER WINS HIS 1ST EVER FEATURE! Doug Smith finishes 2nd, Tyler Oakley 3rd,Louie Lohrke 4th, Ann Winans 5th, and Will Winans 6th.
B Feature lineup: Elston Flemming Jr, Billy Edwards, Marcus Starnes, William Trudgen, Bennie Miller, Don Cupp, Tim Lyon, Amanda Weatherwax, Brad Robison, Jake Newman, Ryan Kinsey, Mike Rose, and Josh Sattler. Elston Flemming Jr and Billy Edwards bring the field to green, and Elston Flemming Jr is out got the early lead over Billy Edwards. THREE WIDE BATTLE for 6th between Tim Lyon, Brad Robison, and Don Cupp. Lyon with the better run on the bottom moves up to 6th! While another 3 WIDE BATTLE is happening behind Lyon with Ryan Kinsey, Brad Robison, and Don Cupp! Inside line prevails again as Kinsey picks up 6th. The race for 2nd is on as Bennie Miller, Billy Edwards, and Jake Newman race in to 3 3 WIDE! Miller takes over the 2nd spot and now is going to hunt down our leader Elston Flemming Jr! Edwards has fallen to 5th as Ryan Kinsey gets by for 4th! Tim Lyon is now making a run on Miller for 2nd as he goes down low and Miller is up high trying to race along side. Lyon is now in 2nd Kinsey follows Lyon through on the bottom and takes 3rd. Tim Lyon is the NEW leader in 1 and Ryan Kinsey takes over 2nd in 2! Jake Newman will go to the inside of former leader Elston Flemming Jr for 3rd with Sattler charging from the back on Newman’s rear bumper! Behind them, Miller and Robison race for 6th. Robison is now in 6th with Miller in 7th. Mean while, Sattler and Elston Flemming Jr race for 3rd. Sattler gets clear midway down the backstretch! Michael Rose goes to the inside of Miller for 7th and has 7th in 1. Rose gets by Robison for 6th and puts the move on the outside of Flemming for 5th. Rose is now in 5th. Sattler gets by Newman for 3rd and Kinsey for 2nd! Sattler is hungry he goes to the top side of Lyon for a run at the lead! Sattler goes too high and opens the door for Kinsey to get a better run and takeover 2nd! Jake Newman loses it off turn 4 bringing out our 1st caution. Tim Lyon brings the field to the restart, with Sattler and Kinsey at his back door. Ryan Kinsey wins the B Feature! Josh Sattler is 2nd, Mike Rose 3rd, Tim Lyon 4th, Brad Robison 5th, Bennie Miller 6th, Amanda Weatherwax 7th, Don Cupp 8th, Marcus Starnes 9th, William Trudgen 10th, Jake Newman 11th, (Elston Flemming Jr and Billy Edwards DNF).
A Feature lineup: Doug Peters, Chris Tesch, Mike Westphal, Tony Dager, Seth Smith, Sheldon Lindlag, Andrew Losey, Ashley Chalfant, Pat Dent, Scott Gates, Gavin McGuffey, Ryan Hollister, Gord Alblas, Ryan Drumhiller, and Will Slaughter. Doug Peters is out to the early lead Chris Tesch holds down the 2nd spot while we have a 3 WIDE battle for 3rd between Seth Smith, Mike Westphal, and Tony Dager! Westphal moves up to 3rd, but Dager is still up high on Westphal! Tesch makes contact with Westphal gets out of the gas and that allows Seth Smith to look on the inside of Westphal with Dager again challenging on the top side! Pat Dent begins to make his way through the field, as he is running 4th and chasing down Seth Smith and Tony Dager. Behind Dent, McGuffey is becoming Dent’s shadow and following him to the front! Dager gets by Tesch for 2nd and is now continuing his run on the high side of Doug Peters for the lead! NEW LEADER is Tony Dager as Tesch gets by Peters for 2nd, Dent now up to 3rd. Caution comes out as Ryan Drumhiller has fluid leaking out of the backend of his car and tagging the turn 1 wall. Peters goes back to the lead as we go to the last completed green flag lap so Dager has to do it all over again! Dager wastes no time immediately goes to the very bottom on Peters to retake the lead, but Chris Tesch has the better run up high and takes the lead and brings Seth Smith with him shuffling Dager to 3rd! Now Gavin McGuffey goes to the outside of Dager for 3rd. McGuffey able to get by to move up to 3rd! McGuffey moves to the inside of Smith for 2nd! Pat Dent and Seth Smith battle for 3rd, but don’t look now Gord Alblas, Will Slaugher, and Ryan Hollister have clawed their way from the back of the pack and are now pressuring the top 5! Alblas goes by Dent for 2nd! Slaughter gets by dent for 3rd! Hollister takes 4th from Dent! Gavin McGuffey is the leader at the moment. However, Gord Alblas is going to the outside to try to take the lead away from McGuffey! Caution #2 comes out for debris. Gord Alblas is the NEW leader on the restart! McGuffey has his hands full as Hollister and Dent are both right there ready to pounce if he makes a mistake! Dager gets loose and spins in the middle of the back straightaway bringing out caution #3. Dager was the caution car so he went to the tail. Alblas pulls away on the restart leaving McGuffey and Hollister to battle for 2nd! Hollister moves up to 2nd, Dent gets by McGuffey for 3rd, and now McGuffey sits 4th. Ashley Chalfant gets by Smith for 5th! Scott Gates goes to the inside of Smith for 6th. Dager gets by Tesch for 7th. Gord Alblas WINS the A Feature! Ryan Hollister 2nd, Pat Dent 3rd, Gavin McGuffey 4th, Ashley Chalfant 5th, Scott Gates 6th, Seth Smith 7th, Tony Dager 8th, Darren Wright 9th, Chris Tesch 10th, Sheldon Lindlag 11th, (Andrew Losey, Mike Westphal, Doug Peters, Will Slaughter, and Ryan Drumhiller DNF).
