TULSA, Okla. (September 13, 2017) The final appearance of the 2017 season at Lake Ozark Speedway for the Speedway Motors ASCS Warrior Region presented by Impact Signs, Awnings, and Wraps takes place on Saturday, September 16.

Putting on a dominating performance in last week’s non-stop A-Feature, Jonathan Cornell looks to make it seven regional wins on the season, and three straight at the Missouri oval. With the 2017 Warrior Region title all but in hand, Cornell has been the picture of consistency on the season with his six wins joined by 17 top-fives and 19 top-tens in 22 A-Feature starts.

Despite having more wins than anyone else, the 2017 season thus far has still had a dozen different winners.

Coming close to victory several times in 2017, Miles Paulus has captured a trio of podium finishes with this past weekend’s runner-up serving has his best result of the year in ASCS Warrior Region competition. Danny Thoman third with trailed by Randy Martin with Tony Bruce, Jr. making the top-five in tour standings.
