Battle of the 5's

The "battle of the 5's" will once again take place at the famed 1/6 mile of English Creek Speedway. Both Jamie Ball #5Jr and Nick DeMoss #5 will be back in action on a regular basis competing side by side as they once did during the 2007 season. The 2007 season was a successful one for Ball as he would go on to win 6 English Creek Speedway A Main events. He came up short though as the year came to a close taking the runner up position by a mere 15 points to Nick DeMoss. After having a very successful 2008 season racing all over the Midwest and winning 10 races at 5 different tracks, Ball has the confidence that 2009 will be his turn to take him the trophy at the seasons end. Look forward to a great battle between Ball, DeMoss and many others as the English Creek Speedway kicks off on April 24, 2009.
